About Matthew:
I am a photographer based out of Alexandria, VA specializing in architectural and interior design photography.
I’m a graduate of the Maryland Institute College of Art, and my work mixes traditional fine art photography techniques with contemporary capabilities in lighting and retouching. My photographic style is a combination of thoughtful composition and accentuating lighting to create striking yet natural photographs. I am as comfortable behind a large format film camera as I am flying drones, whether working in the darkroom or in Photoshop.
Outside of work, you can find me at a hockey rink, cooking, or traveling in search of great food and splendid light.
